Checking out message boards after a loss huh?
That explains a lot
Exactly..

This is pretty soft
Can't disagree there. Why I'm giving this board away after the season.
well, I'm sure he is frustrated. He's one who probably expected to make some rather big steps this year given his improvement over the course of last season. But instead this group ended up in a confidence tail-spin and stuck.
As a fan, or not a fan as the case may be according to McNeace, frustration also sets in as you keep observing the same behavior game after game with poor results. Cheering and ra ra stops at some point for every "fan" when that happens. For many that point is the ncaa's. For ME personally that point is when the group doesn't seem to be improving over the course of the season. I dont weigh success based just on the results of each game. If he wants to call me out on it then so be it. I will defend myself.

How many teams or players have ever improved because fans complained?

"Your message board is hilarious"

FWIW, I don't disagree. Tons of people have jumped off the ledge here
I coach sports in high school and I have kids who tell me they are giving their best effort. They will lie to themselves and to me. I hope someone tells them I am questioning their effort and their manhood. If it means he hates me and plays like he's got a set I'll take it.

It is laughable if you think he gives a damn what you think.
well I think his tweet proves that he does...otherwise, he wouldn't read this message board made of fans and he wouldn't have called them out on twitter
Pretty obvious that someone in his circle (or a friend at OU) reads the board and sent him the link to the posts/thread that was really negative about his play last night.
I highly doubt he reads this board.
how is that obvious?
You don't think someone tweeting a couple hours after a loss has a good chance that he visits message boards?
So, why hasn't he been posting about this board and all the negativity earlier? Or is it simply the fact that someone sent him the link to the board last night?
