OU gave Jennie a $75K/year raise to $550K plus $25K/year bump in salary. Also extended her contract 2 years until 2027.

Nothing a technique used to confuse you. She gets a raise to $550K for 2022 with a bump to $575K in 2023, $600K in 2024, $625 in 2025, $650 in 2026 and a bump to $675 in 2027. But with continued success she will get another major raise before 2027 IMHO.

Current Iowa WBB coach Lisa Bluder 60 years old has been the Iowa coach for 22 years and I am sure has a few more years in her career in Iowa City. Presently the hawkeyes pay her $776,394 base salary plus a $200K annual longevity bonus and other performance bonuses with an annual compensation exceeding $1 million.

Jennie's compensation will likely have doubled her current $575K by 2026-2027 and if she has interest in returning to Iowa when Bluder retires it will not be for money but more the desire to go home.
