Capel deserved to get fired but that doesn't mean changing coaches was the fastest way back to winning. There is no reason to be pessimistic but to be realistic, you cannot expect the program to bounce back quickly. Learn to live with some defeats without screaming to fire the next coach, it makes his job harder.
