Is he on pace to set the season record? He needs a bit more beef to finish sme of those put backs.

He keeps going for spectacular put back dunks. What he needs to do is just rebound it and put it back in instead of going for the tough put back dunks.

I would rather see Khaeem dunk the ball. Adding more muscle to his frame will definitely help, but I think what we're seeing is more the freshman jitters and a loss of concentration than anything else. He's more likely to miss on a put back try than on a dunk. I like the fact that he is aggressive in going to the hole with authority. He'll get it in time.

Nick I understand your thought on Khadeem, but I wouldn't like to see him reigned in. Soon enough, those shots will fall. Short term, he would make a few more, but I say let him learn to play as explosively as possible.

Kid has some upside doesn't he.

I like Walker's upside too. It may be a month or so before he adjusts to D1 ball, but he is a good player. He can't play a lick of defense yet, but that will come. He may push Woodard for starting minutes before it is all said and done.

back to Khadeem, I think Lon is handling him perfectly. Up to about 10-15 minutes a game now, and this will gradually end up being about 20-25 minutes. In high school you can get away with just using you height. But, at this level, you have to learn everything starts with your putting your rear end on someone and pushing, then using your height. They are working with him on this and the light will come on at some point. Then, watch out. Kid will be a player.
