Why doesn't he call time outs when the opposing team is on huge runs and clearly have the momentum?

Also, explain the coaching strategy on not fouling the 330th best free throw shooting team. Why when we finally do foul it's the only player on the team who can shot them.

We saw in one of the late games why he holds those TO's, because in a close game you may need them late.

I think we missed a chance when we didn't foul Costello with less than a minute left. That was a good opportunity to put a poor FT shooter at the line.

Yeah, ya gotta foul Costello. When a team shoots FTs as poorly as they do, you gotta make them live at the line late. In the last three minutes, we should've tried to play Hack-a-Sparty!
