It's clear his shooting is elite, especially for his size, but I've been impressed the last 4 or 5 games with his overall aggressiveness, his fluidity and overall athleticism on both sides of the ball. He's shown an ability to get to the rim and finish. If he can at a minimum start to rebound consistently and defend at a serviceable level, he can be a huge asset. Hope he will stick around because he should be a starter next year and a majorly impactful offensive player. Could be a sixth man candidate this year if he can show consistent offense.

The play that pleased me the most was his dunk. Teams will obviously focus on taking away his shot, so it’ll be very nice if he can put it on the floor and do that occasionally. I still think he will be very up and down but so far he has exceeded my expectations.

If he can play that way most of conference play we could be really good. Or if one of he and Jones is hitting.

Yup. Moser coaching him up. Boomer

assuming Atak continues to improve on O & D, what is his ceiling? NBA Draft wise?
With his size and quick release, it can be as high as he want. He needs to become a better defender, add strength, and become a more fluid athlete. Also, needs to add more to his off the bounce game. He's already shown he can shoot it from multiple shooting pockets and with range. I could see him being a second round pick if he continues to improve at this rate.

i think a second round pick is about his floor

He's also fearless. When his number is called, he always comes in ready to play hard. He plays hard on both ends, even when his shot isn't falling. He was the first person on the floor after a loose ball, two or three times yesterday. He shows excellent self-confidence.

It’s refreshing to see a guy who just looks like he’s having fun out there. We’ve forgotten that fun is the whole point to basketball.

What I like about him is he keeps shooting even after a couple of misses. Really fearless on the offensive end.
