Andy Katz said he sprinted off the floor and didn't shake hands. Lon won't have that. :facepalm
 
I think it's a little understandable with Khadeem! He will be fine and Lon understands, I'm sure.
 
So that's his excuse for that stinker of a game he put up there? Shake their damn hands
 
Common the man just lost his grandmother and can not win the game for her. Give him a break.
 
I dont like that.. but i think Villanova will be ok

Nope, yes losing a family member is hard. But you are an example to kids looking up to you. Sometimes things don't go your way in sports, but you still have to show sportsmanship.
 
Shaking hands is the dumbest part of college sports. I dabbled in pro baseball, we never shook hands in a line after the game.
 
Almost as classy as Jay Wright having his starters in with 5 minutes left in a blowout . Nova has a game in two days , not only not classy but pretty stupid on top out it .

Get over it.

He's playing to win. If OU is at all upset it's their fault for not keeping it closer. It's ridiculous to call that "not classy."
 
Lattin was wrong not to shake hands.

He'll be told it was wrong.

Yep I am, especially when you have kids looking up to you. See you clowning when you win, and being a poor sport when you lose. Not a good look. Doesn't matter how bad we lost. Still lack of sportsmanship

Again , wright was pretty low class playing his starters until the last 2 mins. Second of he's playing to win maybe he should have thought about the game they have in 2 days .

Jay Wright is a class act and a hell of a coach. Get over it.
 
They have been dealing with maturity issues with Lattin most of the time he's been here. Nothing major, but little junk that adds up over the long haul. If you notice sideline decorum Lattin is always the guy who is first with the primal screams and the demonstrative high stepping.

Now normally I don't have a problem with that, but our opponents have called him out on numerous occasions. I believe it was several Cyclones who made a point to look for Lattin after their win in Ames. He talks an awful lot of trash.

I wasn't personally bothered by the failure to shake hands (he'll get his butt chewed out for that), but what got me is that after he fouled out Christian James made a point to rub the back of his head in a "we'll get past this, bud" manner and Lattin slapped it away. There's no place for that crap as far as I'm concerned. Not here.

I agree with what you are saying but the young man has been through a lot in the last few days. The loss of his grandmother and losing the biggest basketball game of his life.

Hope he's learned something the past few days.
