Letter from Coach Kruger

Dear Sooner Fans,

We wanted to take another opportunity to say thank you for your continued support during these last few home games. Our fans have been just outstanding and our guys appreciate the enthusiasm they bring. As you know, the atmosphere created by our fans gives our guys a huge lift. They really enjoy playing in front of a FULL Lloyd Noble Center crowd!

We are almost into February and the Big 12 is as tough as it has ever been! Four teams are tied at the top of the standings with ten games remaining. We think referring to the next six weeks as exciting might be a huge understatement. Each game is battle, every road game is going to be tough, and the home games don’t get any easier.

Our players continue to make us proud both on and off the floor. The guys had a 3.04 team GPA the first semester. They are committed to being excellent in all areas, as students and as athletes.

Looking down the road, we have several great nights in store here at home. On March 1, we will not only be saying goodbye to six outstanding seniors, but honoring one of the greatest players to wear the Sooner uniform. Blake Griffin will be back and we will hang his number in the rafters. What a great night it will be!

We need every seat filled on Tuesday, February 2nd vs. TCU! Bring a friend!
