I'm not a rabid basketball fan or guru but I seem to remember losing a lot of games by few points or being close in the last few minutes and losing composure. Understandable in a young team without a natural leader or a go to guy. It also seems to me to be relatively fixable. By playing so many good teams so closely to me proves that we have the ingredients to be very successful next year. I dont think many teams are comfortable playing us right now.

I think I agree with every word of this (except the first part of the first sentence; I've got no idea how big a fan you are). I think teams and players have to learn how to win and that usually means by losing first. I think they're getting it, despite the KU meltdown Monday. Watching the K-state game this weekend, there was a point in the 2nd half when the gap started to narrow and, early in the season, that might have tightened up and really created some discomfort for players and fans alike. Instead, they went on a run and blew the Wildcats out. That win was bigger than any win we had last year (maybe just any Big 12 win, but still...).

No one is comfortable playing us now. I believe that. We'll be the 9th or 10th seed in the tournament, but I guarantee that a lot of teams would rather play KSU, TCU, or Tech than us.
