Here's what cgates posted on SoonerScoop. I like that Bolden's uncle confirmed it.

One other thing I forgot to mention...Jeff Webster has been very pro OU in this process. I know some have doubted this, but after talking with Bolden's uncle I have zero doubt Jeff has been championing us.

I feel the same way. But I can't shake this feeling that he still picks one of the others despite OU making the most sense. I'm 50-50. Hope he picks the good guys!
