Masters Sunday

Maybe he will or maybe he will just settle for whore dogging in Vegas. You just never know. He has no family to keep him focused and more money than he knows what to do with.

Family? He was great before he ever had a family. In fact people were questioning if he would maintain his dominance after getting married and having kids. What the heck do money and family have to do with winning?

Just admit everything you said in your first post was dead wrong. Rory choked immediately and Tiger made a great run to get to the leaderboard. Yeah he missed key putts down the stretch, but to say he's done after he finished 4th in the Masters? Stop projecting your stupid morality onto sports figures. Whore dogging and winning are not mutually exclusive. Listen to the stories about big-time athletes in their prime and women. These guys aren't heroes they just jump a lot higher than us.

:ez-laugh:

You guys may not like Tiger but the guy is not likely "washed up" nor finished as Rory so stupidly put earlier. Who knows how well he will come back from where he has been. For sure, for positive, Rory has enough issues to keep him busy - he was pressure cooked today.

Karma is a beech...

Jack won 4 of his 18 majors after the age of 35 so it can happen. Tiger showed this week he can still strike the ball good enough to win plenty of majors, but striking the ball don't win you majors. Putting does.

We'll see what happens the next couple of months. You know Tiger put in as much effort as he ever will for this tournament and didn't win. He might be ready to twist off and party for a few weeks.

Ever heard of Earl?

I have a hard time seeing Rory shooting anything worse than -2 which puts him 6 shots clear of the field minimum.

Anybody have a 66 or 65 in them? Doubtful. Looks like a new era begins today.

Tiger is done. He is mentally still lost in the wilderness. Begging for putts to go in and dropping F bomb after F bomb when they don't.

I don't think I'd call shooting a 67 on Master's Sunday as done. Too bad you can't look at things objectively.

The Masters is my favorite event in sports (regardless of sport). I am a huge golf guy, and The Masters is just unbelievable. One of these days I need to go out there and watch it live.

There is so much talent out there now. You've got the older guys like Tiger, Phil, Ernie, Furyk, Stricker, Ogilvy, Couples, etc that are great to watch. Then you have the young guys like Rory, Day, Bubba, Dustin Johnson, Fowler, Rose, Donald, Scott, McDowell, and Kaymer that are so good.

My early prediction for today was Adam Scott, and he nearly delivered. He has only been using the long putter for a few months but its changed his game. This guy is legit, and he was 3rd in putting this week at a major tournament.

Tons of talent in England with Westwood, Donald, Rose, Fischer, etc. Tons of talent in Australia with Scott, Day, Ogilvy. Tons of talent in South Africa with Schwartzel, Els, Clark, and Oosteizhen.

Great time to be a golf fan.

Um, did you read the thread? I like Tiger. I was laughing at how absurd boca's comment was

A lot of scar tissue on Tiger's mental resolve. Even in the back of his VERY determined mind there is doubt for the first time. It's going to take getting over the hump before Tiger ever BELIEVES he can get over the hump again.

I don't like the guy, never have, but that 3-wood into 8 (the low-boring hook) was one of the best shots I've ever seen.

That shot was insane.
