You know it's real when your whole team is in getting some shots up on a day off right after class...

Who is getting excited? Because I am!

Henson this AM:

Terrific workout for guys this morning! Good lift & then absolutely torched the track. 10 guys ran their personal bests! #Soonerhoops

Is there any reason we should not be at least a 2nd round NCAA tournament team like Blake's freshman season?

Yeah but this process takes time. I'll start with an NCAA Bid and then see what happens.
But over the last 2 years we have upgraded our roster a ton. That takes time to equate into wins.

I'm all in on this team and can't wait to see them play! :woot

Mike Houck tweeted this morning that Buddy Heild ran a 4:58 mile, first sooner to break the 5 min mark for the basketball team :clap

Remember, he ran 2nd in his class at his state track meet in the 800.

Can somebody tell me how we landed M'Baye?
Did Kruger have a connection up there in Wyoming or what?

M'Baye was found in France and brought over to go to prep school by a former Wyoming asst. coach. Kruger's UNLV team played Wyoming twice 2 seasons back and M'Baye went off for I think 16 and 20 something on him.

Wyoming fired the coaching staff at the end of that seasnon. M'Baye was left without the people that he had developed a relationship with and wanted a transfer. Kruger was Johnny on the spot.

That is hard core. Anyone that doesn't respect this should go to a gym, get on a treadmill and put it on level 12 then run like crazy until you make a mile, fall off or have to turn it down. If you make a quarter mile at that pace, I would be somewhat impressed. (I think I will try to run a 1/4 mile at this pace today and see how long I can keep it up.) It is very fast. If you can do it (and I doubt you can) remember that treadmill makes you faster and forces you to keep the pace.
