MBB Transfer Portal Thread: Moser Year 4

Ryan Humphrey followed Johnell Davis. Apparently he can’t get into Michigan. This is the first real sign imo that they may look to use the largest chunk of money elsewhere, besides just Garrison/Pedulla.

If they get this dude, that'll be a win. They should move on from Pedulla. He's all over the place. Looking for any and every reason NOT to come to OU.

Davis is probably far out of our league. He’s a really good player. He will have a long list of suitors and even if we scrape together a competitive NIL package, it’s very hard to imagine him considering us.

I agree. If it’s not Michigan I could see him being one of the guys that a place like Arkansas or Kentucky breaks the bank for.

Yeah, he's probably been tampered with already.

He’s been in the portal for nearly three weeks. It’s not tampering anymore.

Visit is/was known about but I thought a cancelation was possible. According to Ole Miss people, Alijah Martin (FAU) looked to be a Rebel (instead, Trilly has him going to UF).

He’s just waiting to see who else OU gets and finally I don’t blame him.

OU is going to sign guys.. essentially they have to eventually. But players that have other P5 options? Man, Norman seems like a tough sell right now. I know this is mostly about NIL/$$ but I also assume the offers for a lot of these kids are similar. I’m not sure what “tie breaker” advantages OU offers currently. The fear that may turn into reality is OU winds up offering non P5 kids just to round out the roster.
