Nothing to legislate .. it's just normal commerce. Maybe the NBA will step in at some point since they are the dream/top job. "Want to go to the NBA? Play in our minor league." That or the NIL have's will stipulate term length, assignment of rights, buyouts, free agency etc in return for massive contracts. When people get tired of the subscription model of basketball player lol.

This is what will happen. Donors won't pay and put up with non-performance and no security. Breach of K claims litigation will lead to legislation

there is very little the NCAA could do or can do now ..

Yeah 100%, HCs make 7 figures while assistants are making high 6s.

His recruitment is all over the place now. A week ago the GoPokes insider was 100% sure he was leaving OSU, didn’t know where he would go but almost certain not staying at OSU. Now his sources are saying he’s reconsidering and seems like OSU is still the favorite. Which is so odd to me because Cisse seems like a lock to transfer back, no way them two can play together at the same time. Both are offensively challenged.
