Idk what our NIL situation is, but surely we have money leftover to get a lead guard.

Kind of feels like we get a decent big OR a good guard, but not both.

We just need to find and sign a true stud. Grant wasn’t athletic enough to be a bucket getter in the Big 12, and JM is way too small (and not a great athlete, either). When games bog down in conference play, which they always do, you need someone who can take over. There are plenty of guards available, but I have no idea if we are in on any of the difference makers.

Very pleasantly surprised by all of that. He’s more athletic than I expected. First I’ve seen of him, so I pictured more the OSU guard back in the day that could shoot the lights out and that’s it.
