But for football.

How tall is he really? His rivals profile lists him at 6-5, but I'd always seen 6-7. I assume he projects to TE.

Watched him play basketball several times, but have never really stood next to him. I'd say he's definitely not 6-7, maybe 6-5 to 6-6 tops. Sam would have a better beat on that than I would. He's imposing on the basketball court though.

Here's a pic of him on the court this summer. He's a beast and would another great Oklahma get for Mizzou for football. Who else has offered for football?

Sam, does he have any hoops offers yet?

Big Mike is definetely a football prospect. OU will definetely look at him in football. Charles Tapper of Maryland is also another two sport star that OU will be on.

He's in the 6'6 range. I think DE is more likely than TE.

He's built like a prototype DE, 6'6, strong, quick, etc.

Supposedly he went to an OU football camp as a DE this May/June and tore it up there. SoonerScoop put him as 5th in Oklahoma in regards to college potential based on that one camp performance alone.

I know he played some football last year as a junior but to my understanding he was still more focused on basketball. That has since changed as he didnt even go with Athletes First to the Peach Jam and isn't playing with anybody in the second half (as far as I know).

I think some smaller schools were messing with him in basketball but he would be crazy not to pursue the football angle. He's a massive sleeper when it comes to football, the type of kid a school takes a flyer on and hopes he turns into something because of his natural gifts.

Never done a feature video of big Mike but he's in a few videos we've done if you want to get an idea what type of athlete he is.

33 seconds and 40 seconds you can see him swat a couple shots, (at 45 seconds you can see him get dunked on by Uconn commit Omar Calhoun)

In this one he's number 5, featured a few times for blocks (a monster one at 2 minute again at 2:38 or so).
