NCAA Tournament thread

It took about 34 years but a 1 seed is going down in the first round.

I've always said that if a 16 seed knocks off a 1, they're prolly going to go ahead and win atleast 2 bc now UMBC is basically the number 1 seed of the whole tournament.

I can't wait to see if my prediction comes true. I wanted to witness this atleast once in my lifetime. Amazing

Man oh man. The first 16 to beat a 1 does it by 20 points. Unbelievable.

We're disappointed, but sheesh, Arizona and UVA fans have got to be truly suffering.

They scored 53 in the 2nd half

UVA probably gives up 53 per game

so happy for those dudes. just hope they can re-focus for sunday.

Bennett's system just doesn't make sense for a single elimination tournament. You slow down the game, you give an inferior team a chance to hit shots and beat you. The better you are, the more possessions you should want the game to have.

Didn't help that one of their key bench players got hurt. They have a pretty big drop off after the top 3 scorers.

Also, I will lose my mind if Boeheim's garbage ass team beats TCU. Dixon should be fired on principle if that happens.
