N'Diaye down to OU and Washington?

Gosar’s public plea after a season-ending loss in the Region 18 semis was for folks to help recruit N’diaye and fellow redshirt freshman Carrick Felix to return to CSI for one more season.

Ask N’diaye though and he’ll matter-of-factly state that Twin Falls is not in his plans for next season. He’ll likely wind up at Oklahoma or Washington. Felix is probably bound for Duke or Arizona State. Hard to argue with them when those are their destination choices.

I figured it was between washington and OU the hole time....I have a gut feeling that says both ndaiye and jones are headed to washington...I really hope I am wrong because I am not sure who our post backup plans are

Well, I figure Washington can't get Jones, N'Diaye, and Ross.
Man, losing 3 recruiting battles to Washington in one season would be weird.

I really think capel knows something...He knows we need big man...As we know we are going after the florida juco kid that is a guard...that carter kid is a guard...ross is a guard...so that leaves aziz and jones...I think capel has to have inside information on one of those two kids or we would be hearing more about downlow names?

I just read through a Washington board and there was a thread with posters arguing whether they had one or two scholarships to give. I think the consensus is they will have two, so they wouldn't be able to take all three of the guys. At least I hope that's the case.

My guess, if N'Diaye is really down to OU and Washington, is that Washington gets Jones/Ross and we get N'Diaye, a juco or prep big (?) and another juco combo guard type (West or Carter).

I agree...I hope its both...we need two bigs signed so maybe we are getting both! ha, I can dream...I am sure another big will pop up but I truly think capel knows something about one of the big spots

Felix's teammate Aziz N'Diaye is also a valued high-major prospect. The 7-foot center backed out of planned visits to Colorado and Kansas, but - according to coach Steve Gosar - N'Diaye is still considering Loyola Marymount, Oklahoma, Oregon State and Washington.
