@OU_WBBall's games against
@TCUWbasketball
on Saturday, Jan. 9 and at
@TexasWBB
on Tuesday, Jan. 12 have been postponed.

There have been so many cancellations and postponements lately I seriously wonder if there will actually be an NCAA tournament this year. If so it'll be extremely hard for the committee to pick the field. I wonder who is injured and who neglected covid social distancing yet again on this team? With an eight player roster it's highly likely we may have to postpone more games or flat out forfeit them moving forward. Blame SC for having such a skeleton roster to begin with.

I definitely blame this on SC.

Exactly. Lack of strategic planning in so many areas. But what is really sickening about it is the fact that ALL of the scholarships are endowed; paid for! Some of those donors should be asking her some questions. But if their relationship is more personal rather than what's best for WBB at OU...well there you have it. There are only a handful of programs with all scholarships endowed.

One organization has OU in the top 15 Div. I programs for SCHOLARSHIPS..."15 Best Colleges for Women's Basketball Scholarships for 2020-2021". They ae listed in the same breath as UCONN, Stanford, USC, ND, Tennessee, etc... But they are not using them. Go figure!

Edit...It's likely that COVID will be the next excuse for failure along with injuries. She'll drag those pay checks out for herself and junior as long as possible. And has anyone else noticed that she huddles independently with junior giving her information during the games, but I haven't seen that with the other assistants in any year. Maybe he's not talking about basketball, but maybe he needs mommy to bake his favorite cookies after the game. He needs to head to another program and learn how the job REALLY works without mom mom holding his hand. IJS

The game at ISU tomorrow is still scheduled. I wonder how many players we will have available for the game.
