Why are no oswho fans (HoHum's humorous response aside) rushing to defend their guy in this thread? They generally are quite eager to play post-cop and tell us why we're all wrong.

You need a 2.5 to graduate from OU, so I say a 2.4 is pretty bad.

The only college that I have first hand knowledge of at OSU, you have to have a 2.5 to graduate (and a 2.75 with some degree options). I don't what college Entrepreneurship falls under though. Still don't get how you can 'major' in something so abstract. Isn't that like majoring in 'Ideas' or something?

Not sure if serious.

I guess my common sense filter just got the better of me.

I just thought... gee... what's more likely... that someone is named a "classroom champ" with a 2.4 GPA....?... or that the guy making $10 an hour working in Doug Bell's garage made a type-o when creating this graphic?

That said... the "Entrepreneurship" major is pretty lame... I guess unless your name is Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerberg.

It reminds me of my wife's cousin... he just recently graduated from Alabama... His family is freaking loaded.... and for a while, his major was (I'm not joking)... "Family Wealth Management"... Thankfully, he later changed to business.

My theory is that since his dad is one of the higher ups at Southern Hills Country Club that maybe he just thought that a lower GPA meant he was winning...

I'll just shoot you straight, his dad is one of the nicest people I know...the courtesy and respect that he showed my grandparents in their declining years is permanently tattooed in my mind. On some level it was his "job", but he went way beyond that. Not ripping on you or your post, so I hope it doesn't come off that way, just noting what a class act Mr. Sidorakis is and am hopeful the 2.4 was just a typo.

Entrepreneurship requires a lot of accounting/finance/management classes. It's kind of a general business major with a focus in business development.
