Nike Basketball Tournament

I hope our team is competitive by the time this tournament comes around. This tourney should happen every year.

You have to respect his accomplishments (or at least I do). I don't much about the guy but I was born in 1967. There was no Nike when I was young. We wore Addidas, Pumas, Converse and Keds. Then one year this new shoe called Nike appeared. It never went away. Lots of other brands have come and gone. Nike came to the party, took it over and now owns it.

I don't like his support of Oregon (because I like OU) but the guy created an amazing business. With all people like that I suspect he was ruthless and hard on a lot of people (I don't think you become a billionaire by being nice) but he created one of the most widely known brands in the world.

I suppose that is one perspective. I would say OU has been a very good friend to Nike. Nike is purchasing something from OU just as they purchased something from Michael Jordan.
