Clinched their first ever NCAA tournament bid with a pretty wild play tonight against Michigan. Pretty cool for a school to have never made the tourney in 80 years to finally get their shot.

They're almost certainly in the tournament. But it ain't over til the fat lady sings. They could go down in the first round of their tournament, and with us winning the Big 12 tourney and stealing a bid, nothing is guaranteed for NW yet.

I'm Sooner born, Sooner bred but actually went to Northwestern for undergrad so they're my second team. I've spent the whole season convincing myself that OU is intentionally sacrificing their NCAA tournament spot for N'western to finally get in

Last night's buzzer beater was the biggest play in program history. I also think NU is now certainly in. It helps that the bubble is particularly weak this year.

possible stumbling block would be to lose in their 1st game in the Big 10 tournament and hey lost twice to average Illinois team. If the Illini make arun in the Big 10 could hurt the Cats.
