It's 70 percent staying he says....

“I can tell you this,” Nash said, “it's 70 percent I'm coming back. I can tell you that. I feel I'm not having a big (enough) year to go to the NBA. I really feel like I could come back and really make an impact.

“I'm just going by this season right now. I just keep playing right now. I'm not really looking at the NBA.”

The consensus is 100% that he should stay another year. I'm encouraged that he indicated there is a 30% chance he will make a mistake. I hope he has a monster close to the 2012 season.

Is the Darrell Williams kid, who was accused of rape (or something like that), coming back next year?

He would be an idiot to leave.

Yup. It just depends on how many wrong people he has in his ear and how much he will enjoy the D-League.

He's 9th in the Big 12 in scoring (14 ppg) in conference play but has so many areas he can improve including crashing the boards, tons of upside though.

That's the problem, NBA drafts on upside. Any other year I would be worried if I was an OSU fan, but this class is stacked.

Other than the Missouri upset I can't think of any really noteworthy performances by Nash this season. He hasn't been terrible but I can't imagine that he'll even be on the 1st or 2nd team All-Big12.

Good point. It's amazing the dumb decisions we've seen college kids make the past few years on "upside" and what they've been told by their agents, family, and friends. A lot of these kids have the leeches come out of the woodwork telling them to go pro and make the bucks, sad really.

He has a shot at HM mention I guess. They don't have a third team to do they? He's the 3rd best player on his own team at this point IMO (Brown/Page), no way he's 1st or 2nd team.

It would be an incredibly dumb decision but with players these days it really wouldn't surprise me. I'm sure like most 18-19 year old CBB players he likes to think he's a lot better than he is and is eating up the "draft talk" in interviews, it is completely unwarranted though.

Hopefully with a brother that couldn't make it in the D-League and the recent poor decisions of Tiny, TMG and to a certain extent Willie Warren he'll use some better judgement.

As an OU fan, I hope he leaves, as a college basketball fan, I hope he stays.

He is figuring out how to play at a high level, has a chance to be outstanding night in and night out.

Reminds me of TMG as a freshman, they both struggled and then came on like gang busters as the year went along.

If he left now, he would be drafted. Whatever he'd sacrifice in draft position/rookie salary, he'd make up for with an extra year as a professional.

I'd never call anyone an idiot if they leave early and are good enough to stick.

If Daniel Orton can get drafted in the 1st round, surely Nash can.
