It wasn’t the players. It was Henson and Hill. It’s quite clear.

The shooting woes were certainly better but that team also did not block out well. They weren't nearly as bad as these jokers tho at anything

Next year will be Lon's 8th year at OU. We should be appreciate how he brought us out of the mire from Capel and had outstanding back-to-back seasons in 15/16. Having said that, when we drop off a 10-20 next year, hopefully we will be in the market for a new coach. Now is not the appropriate time to make a change, but we can all see the writing on the wall.

This team doesn't care to compete and, fair or unfair, it's a direct reflection of him.

Shrewd basketball fans understood this team had tons of defensive issues but were able to outscore people early in the year.

NCAA bid is now in real trouble with this loss at home.

Hope they can right the ship.

No. He had to slide over. Even if he would have had an alley, the pass has to be made well, the catch, the finish. And it would have given more time to rotate. But, this team doesn't even know how to do that anyways lol

We are going to average about 15 wins in back to back seasons with a player who probably wins the Naismith on one of those teams .

Again , it’s time for a fundamental change .

The mistake was the close out on the 3 point line in my opinion. You can’t give the baseline.

True, the perimeter defender should have broken down but that play exposed how poor OU plays team defense.

This is a very difficult season to be an OU fan I don’t see much to be positive about in the future. OU will lose its best player and does. Not appear to have a point guard for next season.

Guys, for the past several games I have been hard on Trae Young but today this lost belongs to our coaches who are doing nothing but drawing a pay check. This team can't play defense, rebound, block out or shoot. Young Mr. Manik needs to be on the bench watching the game instead of playing because he is not into this game or any of the past few games. We don't have anyone that can play the post either defense or offense and Texas had their way with us all day.

I will be surprised if we win another game this season and even more if they make the tournament.
