DM, I agree mostly with what you said but there has definitely always been some hate towards Oklahoma kids who choose KU or other schools for that matter. It always stings when the in state kid doesn't choose the state school.

I always cheer for Oklahoma kids no matter where they go.

Now, this X kid, I think his apparent lack of class will fit in quite well at KU.

It has happened in the past. It is interesting because I can't remember X saying anything bad about OU, but I could be wrong. It seems that most of the hate is directed toward Carl but X gets thrown in as well.

I agree that Carl should be more respectful of OU. It shows real immaturity on his part that he can't get over whatever happened in the past.

Didn't Leroy Combs help coach an AAU team for awhile? I don't remember him saying anything bad about OU.
