One week from today will be GAME DAY !!

I have a theory about the passage of time. It should be viewed in 12 year increments.

The first six years don't really count--we're too young and we can't even recall much of those first years.

The years 7-18 (1st grade through 12th grade, if you like) last forEVER. They just go on and on. 19-30 are much faster (you're seeing this now), but still--trust me--they pass rather leisurely.

31-42 are much faster. This is when you'll really notice a change, probably, and after that, each 12-year period just gets faster and faster. Now, if I'm discussing a movie I saw a while back or a hit song I liked, it's not just a few years older than I thought, it's twice or three times as old.

Like I said, buckle up.

Wow that’s very good. I agree.

Right on. Good analysis.

For those itching for some hoops, the Sooner woman are playing an exhibition right now against an (admittedly outmanned) Oklahoma Christian team. The Sooners have virtually everyone back and have added some great talent, including Skylar Vann's younger sister (who's looking good so far) and an impressive space eater in the middle, Raegan Beers, who transferred in from Oregon State and is showing out well so far.

It's on SECN+ and the Sooners are up 21 in the second quarter.

Sorry, I took someone's word for it (he's usually a reliable source).

My apologies for the false info. No one's more disappointed than me. I was getting excited about watching.

Scrimmage 2
-MVP: Miles/Moore - 8 pts each
-Best scrimmage rhythm

Scrimmage 3
-MVP: Goodine (11 pts (3-3 from 3))
-Moore also solid, 7 pts.

Scrimmage 4
-MVP: Luke (7 pts)/Yaya (5 pts)
-Only scrimmage with Yaya.
