Osby on NBA tv now

Don't forget a monstrous put-back slam and Chris Bosh-like yell

18 and 5. 2 steals a block an ast and has taken 2 or 3 charges. Nice first game

He also played some solid defense on Olynyk.

Thunder vs. Magic tomorrow at 10am

Glad he came out and played like he deserved the draft pick.

Tons of chatter on twitter from NBA folks about his effort and hard play etc... Stuff we already knew about RO

Ro will stick on an NBA team somewhere mostly as a backup in limited minutes on a decent team.

He is a really good player and got snubbed in some of the Big 12 awards this past year.
People kinda forget that this guy was a high 4* basketball recruit and top 50 guy who signed with Miss. St.

It's not like he is a nobody in basketball world. Kinda got lost in his transfer shuffle and new OU coach Lon Kruger but he is a baller and the biggest reason for OU's success last year.

That is what is amazing about the NBA. The guys that don't see the court were stars in college and many are capable of putting up good numbers in the NBA but never get any playing time because others on the team are even better.

Are there highlights of the game anywhere? I checked out nba.com and saw tons of Oladipo highlights but nothing from the rest of the game. I'd love to see a few clips of Ro's performance, especially the put back.

Check that. Highlights are up now, but only a couple that included Osby. Had a nice circus shot that they mentioned.

I watched the game. Man, I was so happy for Ro I couldn't contain my excitement. He had a great game!

Way to make OU fans proud, Romero!!!

:clap

I think Ro could contribute as an undersized forward just like Carl Landry. Carl was a 2nd round pick by the Rockets and after playing for 6 years, he just signed a $26 million 4-year contract with Sacramento. They're about the same size and have similar games.

if anyone is interested... Roe and Orlando play OKC at 10am tomorrow morn on NBA TV

If Roe can improve his rebounding and defensive quickness, he can stick around. With as hard as he works -- and with the opportunity to work on basketball all day every day -- my guess is that he will make a roster at the very least.

I'm not watching it, but a quick check on NBA.com shows that Romero's not lighting it up today. With five minutes left, he has four points on 1-7 shooting in just under 18 minutes of playing time. Five fouls, six rebounds.
