Good for Ro! I was hoping he would make Orlando's roster, but the next best thing is a contract overseas that will allow him to provide for his family.

it is a really hard choice for guys like Osby this time of the year ..

because of the euro timeline ..

he had 2 choices ..

1. go to an NBA camp .. (no doubt he would have been invited to orlando) .. and try to make the back end of a NBA roster .. (and imho he would have had a shot) the down side is if you don't make it your only option is the D league and 25K a year ..or worse you get hurt ..

2. sign a much bigger deal in europe 400k +.. (that won't be there after the next couple of weeks)


.. most likely he doesn't come back to the nba with out a guarenteed nba deal ..
