OSU will not win the conference

Here come all the same aggies that hid for weeks after they lost in Norman.

Is that the same coach who's 5-6 against OU, despite the Sooners having three of their worst teams in half a century?

This.

Not hiding, just on self-imposed ban from bet with Boca...26 hours until game time. I lift said ban.

OSU is playing a lot better than they were during the first meeting, namely Michael Cobbins. I expect the Sooners to try and slow it down and keep the game low scoring. OSU doesn't seemed to be bothered by slowing it down, I expect OSU to win this one by about 8-12.

I can almost guarantee "slowing it down" will not be in OU's gameplane.

And the most important part? Ford is still their coach and he SUCKS, lol.

Which team will be ranked in the top 15 after Saturday and what team might have one single vote (if they're lucky)? I don't see too many OSU fans worried about not making the tourney this year. You guys on the other hand on this site...well....

Did you know that if Travis Ford somehow won the Big 12 this year he would have already won more conference championships than senior citizen Kruger?

Well, neither team will be in the top 15 after Saturday to answer your first question.

And you have a chance to lose 4 or 5 out of your last 7 games... In which case, welcome to the bubble.

Bragging about your coach's success in the A-10?

JBaker,

there's a huge difference between beating the Jayhawks at home and beating them at Allen Fieldhouse. Hell, we've beaten the hawks at home twice in the last 4 years with crappy teams.

OSU is #17, OU has one vote. It's not exactly farfetched that OSU moves up 2 spots after a win Saturday while OU remains unranked and a bubble team.

Winning the Atlantic 10 is a lot more impressive than spending 7 seasons in that powerhouse basketball conference they call the Mountain West and walking away with 0 conference championships. Kruger having only 1 conference championship in 26 years of collegiate coaching has to be some type of record, right?

It might bring you comfort to believe it when you're trying to sleep at night, but OU is not currently a bubble team -- not by a long shot.

Could they end up on the bubble (or worse)? Sure they could, if things go really badly the rest of the way, but then so could oswho.

Really showing your lack of knowledge pertaining to the Mountain West.

OU is a bubble team right now? Slotted in the 8-9 game is hardly a bubble position. And in case you haven't noticed, our schedule is pretty nice down the stretch.

Vinny is now my favorite poster. Better chance of going 10-8, thats gold right there. 3 straight road wins and you still think OSU can't win on the road, classic.

OU certainly has a chance of winning the conference. Won't be easy but the way things have gone anything can happen. But I'd say currently @UT > @WVU. Win that game and OU will be looking good. OSU just has some home games to take care of, but vinny thinks those games don't even need to be played. Absolute gold. Love it.

Hey osu goon, you ags that come on our board and want nice things to be said about your little bball team are Stupid!! Go to your ugle orange board and see how they treat our SOONERS. Not nearly as good as your team and you visitors get treated here. So be careful when trying to pounce on me.

And please LEARN TO READ before commenting on my posts. So take your little boy orange glasses off and tell my why your team that is 4-22 on the road (yes I understand the aglets have had a couple of successes lately although not in Norman) is Automatic At Hilton and ISU and in Morgantown against WVU. OR at home against a much more talented team and coach KU and a KSU team that is at least as athletic as the ags and has very good success against the ags as well?

So you think my comment is "gold" (your way of trying to call me an idiot) - you are saying that it is easier and more likely that your ags will SWEEP KU/KSU/OU at home and beat ISU/WVU on the road than losing several of those? I believe your ags will be underdogs against KU/KSU/ISU and probably WVU - Vegas knows what they are doing. SO YOUR COMMENT NOW IS GOLD

I think osu loses at isu and quite possibly one of ksu/ku. I just found it funny that you think its a forgone conclusion that all three are losses. You could be right, but they could also all be wins. Nothings a given at this point. I'm sorry, I did get a little rude there and I don't think you're an idiot. Only when you make a blanketed statement without offering up an argument. Now you have told me which games you think are losses and those games are indeed toss ups. To simply say 10-8 is a better possibility, well lets discuss which 5 games you think osu loses. I try to stay away from osu threads for this very reason. If you don't want to discuss osu maybe creating an osu thread wasn't the best idea. Anyway, many osu fans on here are just out to rile things up and I don't want to be like them. I'll go back to steering clear of osu threads.

Good news, the pokes have OU, KU, KSU at home.

Bad news, the pokes have OU, KU KSU at home.

Tough row to hoe.

I don't think teams can look past a late game with Texas. They could be much improved in two weeks due to Kabongo and their big being back (this appplies to both OU and OSU). I am not suggesting Texas will beat OSU in Stillwater but I think they are going to be a much better team than the one OSU faced in Austin and if OSU isn't ready to play they could lose. I also don't think any Big XII team can look past a road game. People are saying OSU has a favorable schedule but I don't know that I agree with that. I think they have six reasonably challenging games left while OU only has two games against the top 5 teams in the conference and one of them is in Norman. The next two toughest OU games (ISU and WVU) are also in Norman. I think OU has the better late schedule but losing Hield is a big deal.
