Osu

I feel after watching Lattin, a bit of Solomon and reading your opinion that you are below average at evaluating players.

hahahahahaha I love this and have to agree! no way you can honestly say that. he just named several stats where a coach wouldn't matter to show how good you are. lattin was better in all. lattin is raw but higher upside as well. I would say definitely a better scheme fit as well as just better!

Watching Solomon, you can tell he can score and rebound. He does a really good job at it sometimes.

He averages 4 points and 4 rebounds per game... He doesn't play many minutes for a starter on a small team either. His most minutes was 26 in an overtime game.

From what I have seen, he isn't very good. Looks more like a mid-major level player to me.

You guys are right. Lattin is the best post player in the country. You guys convince me.

Nobody said that. could you let me know the first time that Aggie scores fifteen or more in a game? Maybe OSU will get bro a quadruple OT game so the Aggie has a shot.

17/8/2/1...and 0 turnovers. But OSU guy is better :ez-roll:

You keep throwing stats out. :ez-roll:

Again, OSU posts stats are never good.

Lattin is a solid player. He played great but he plays for a coach that allows his post players to get those stats. Lattin stats will always look better than OSU post players.

If Ford had that 5 star recruit that plays for Kentucky, his stats woods be terrible and lattins stats would always look better.

The main thing is, we have lattin. We don't have solomon. And since Ford has him, he will never be a factor. Time to move on.

They had a guy a few years ago, Jarred Shaw, 6'10'' 240, good athlete... Didn't do a damn thing at OSU, transferred to Utah State and averaged 14/8.

He was 1st team all state in Texas, top 15 recruit at his position. Averaged less than 2 points and less than 2 rebounds per game at OSU.

I can't believe anyone over 6'6'' goes to OSU.

Just like that Olivier player. He's their best player and he only played 8 minutes in their last game.

If Kruger got cobbins, I could only imagine what his numbers would have been.

I'll gladly eat crow on the Lattin vs. Solomon. I've been impressed with Lattin the last few games. I hope the guards can keep him involved..... I do think Solomon would be much better in the Sooner program.

I'm not sure how Lattin can possibly do better than 0-1 shooting, 1 rebound, 1 turnover, and 5 fouls in 11 minutes today

Glad you pointed out the stats again. I bet you didn't watch the game either. Lattin is a solid player playing for a coach that uses post players...multiple post players at once. Stop comparing stats. It's pointless. Let it go. We have lattin.

Don't you know? Stats are meaningless. That's why Buddy's 46 in Lawrence don't tell the story of how he played.

I watched the game. Solomon can't outperform an out-of-shape Oliver for OSU.

I hope we do not under estimate OSU
I saw them play Florida and they were in it until the last 3 min. They have good guard play. They also move the ball well. I do not think they miss Forte much.

Actuallly I did, 5 fouls in 11 minutes is pathetic.

Lattin isn't averaging a 2 more rebounds, a block and a half more, more assists, more steals, and fewer turnovers because of the way the respective coaches use these players. Plus, it's not like Lon is calling a bunch of offensive sets to get Lattin points. Lattin is scoring the vast majority of his points on non-called plays that Solomon could never hope to make. Just admit you were wrong and move past it. To do otherwise makes you look utterly foolish.
