Well, what he has done to earn his spot is play well. I just think it is weird you decided to bring it up once he started playing well.

You and I disagree on a lot then. I think hes playing bc we dont have much else.

Let's hold the breaks on the whole February panic thing. This is really the only terrible performance in February. K-State is a better team than us, and they barely beat us at home. I wouldn't say we collapsed in that game...we just did what was expected. Against Iowa State, we have definitely collapsed. But, hopefully it's a one-game thing.

I don't think we beat this team in Norman. I don't think ISU is anything exceptional but we're making them look like Big 12 champs. Extremely disappointing.

He has been our best freshman over the last few games. He started off really poorly, but he is a bright spot during a rough stretch and by god I won't let you take away the one bright spot we have.

Agreed.

A tight loss at home to the team that probably finishes second in the Big 12, and a road loss at Ames, is nothing to panic about. Neither will a loss to KU.

There are no easy wins for this team. Yes, we have an easier stretch after Saturday but there are no guaranteed wins. We need to get some momentum back. I had bad vibes about this one but really didn't expect a total breakdown in all phases like this.

What exactly are you expecting? This has been a terrible game no doubt. But, in a schedule featuring @Baylor, @Kansas, vs. Kansas State, @Iowa State, and vs. Kansas, how many games are you expecting to win? IMO, 1 game is about what I'd expect, and I would be happy if we got 2. We have a relatively easy stretch of 8 games to close out the season, and that will determine our fate. If we finish 6-2 or even 5-3, then we have a very good chance of making the tournament. Nonetheless, it's best if the team can forget this game ever happened.
