It's the way we are losing tonight that bothers me (lack of effort and poor communication). We don't look like a Kruger coached team tonight.

It's still just one game. On one day's rest, on the road, after a tough loss.

We haven't seen this lack of effort all year IMO. I think Fitz has probably played the best overall in the game and now he's on the bench with 4 fouls.

Pledger scored 38 at Iowa State 2 years ago, was one of the leading scorers in the big 12 last year and now he barely shoots. If it were me, he or Osby would touch the ball nearly every time down the court the rest of this season. Along with Fitz they are proven scorers. Cousins and hornbeak taking more shots than them is a problem IMO.

Just 2 games ago I really thought OU was really good , then these last two - like we hit a wall. We get almost every ball slapped out of our hands - got to understand how tough you have to be in league play and don't throw the Terrible passes. Lon should just bench everyone and let the last 5 guys finish - no effort from our guys tonight!!

No. And it's a major concern of mine.

Is it that hard to find someone that can consistently knock down a 3? Seems like most good college teams have at least one player capable even if they're a bench player and a bit of a defensive liability.

That baffles me.

I think Hield is going to be good, but I don't like him taking 5 or 6 jump shots either. That isn't his game. ISU has everyone playing uncomfortable.

I was thinking the same thing. This game reminds me of the last three years....ugh. The difference being, obviously, that we have a coach that I believe in this time.

When the game was in doubt, Pledger touched the ball on every possession when he was in the game. Opponents know how to prevent him from having an impact, and that is good defense.

I agree. Taking the season as a whole I am still excited about what we are doing. It is a reminder of how far we have left to go and how far we have gone.
