OU is about to be highest seed in region

I think we are the best team left in our region. Obviously doesn't mean we will make the final four (we might lose tonight), but I really like how this is set up for us. Honestly believe we match up well with michigan state.

Neither do I. Far different team than the one that lost to Texas Southern. They are now the team that took Wisc to OT and controlled UVA throughout the game.

Exactly. Teams evolve, most well coached teams evolve anyway, and Mich State has undergone a noticeable change. After their performance today they look to be playing the best ball in this region at the moment. We'll see how everyone else plays and by tomorrow we'll see who as the momentum. This is why I disagree with the 'Just Win' saying to some degree. How you play affects your opponents game plan, how much energy they spend working on this or that, and momentum.

I'm not sure I agree. The Butler game was a war and so was the second Texas game. We won both of those.

I can't think of a game we played this year where the other team out-muscled us. We've played badly at times, but I don't remember being beaten up. Maybe the 1st of half the game in Stillwater...maybe that's it.

We're the highest seed in our region, but there are still plenty of really good teams in the region including Dayton who we play in an hour.
