Wow -- the bad vibes in this thread are amazing.

I'm not trying to pick a fight or call anyone out, but sheesh, we were down nine; we fought back to take the lead and we're trailing a team by one on the road at the half that last week was in our #25 slot.

I'm pretty pleased with what I've seen so far, and I predict the Sooners come out strong in the second half. But I may have to avoid this thread for the duration.

True, but the good news is that OU is only one down with two of our starters playing their worst half of the season. Our leading scorer failed to scratch and our PG, who averages close to 12 per game, logged a measly 1 point.

I'll take it.

Yep, played pretty good D most of the last 10 minutes or so also. Outside of that last possession of course. KSU had probably their hottest few minutes of the season from 3. Outside of that OU's pretty much owned this game.

I thought that half was way better on the scoreboard than it could've been. They shot lights out everywhere from first half, and half our starters, including the leader in PPG in Big 12, have not scored. I'm not saying we are winning this game, but we have a good shot in the 2nd half

Exactly! And that's with three of our starters combining for a total of 3 points: Cam went scoreless; Cousins had 2 and Woodard with 1. I'll add that our kids weathered the firestorm of three K-State threw at them and came from 9 down to lead at one time.

In view of those things alone, we're fortunate to only be down by one point at the half.
