Juevol Myles (6'1'' 190) just chose K-State over Oklahoma, George Washington, and Nebraska. He was out of Tallahasse Community College. He averaged 13 points and 4 assists per game as a freshman and will have 3 years to play at KSU. They said he can shoot the ball really well, is a vocal leader, and is a hard-nosed defender.

He said that he called OU today and told them that he "jived" with the people at K-State better. Capel (I assume) told him that they are disappointed they didn't get him but there is no hard feelings.

It sounds like it came down to KSU and OU.

This info was from rivals.

Hadn't even heard about this guy.

Didn't know we were in on him. I expected this post to be about Newell, Loyd, Watkins or Smith. Since it wasn't, I don't care.

OU wanted this guy to commit. This was probably OU's #1 juco point guard option right now. Why would you care about him less? He had 3 Big 12 offers, lol.

It's kind of like writing an essay for a test. Your first take is usually the best take...

he was kstate's number 1 option for a juco pg. though, i think their other options were rated about the same. there's just an uninspiring pool of talent available this year.

Well, the good news is we won't have to listen to Bob Sr. totally butcher his first name next year on the radio broadcasts. :ez-laugh:

totally disagree. it might've been the most entertaining aspect of the program next year.

Think he will play much at K-State next year?

there are a lot of minutes available, so he'll have a chance. irving, russell and spradling have just as good a chance. i don't know that any of them have the talent/experience to suggest that they are the favorite.
