*****OU-Texas A&M CC Pregame Notes/Game Thread*****

It appears that 5 minutes into the 2nd half we might not actually break 80 this game...can anyone watching the game confirm that its slower paced or just not making shots?

The start of this half is the worst basketball we have played this year. Ew.

Slower paced for sure. CC spending a lot of time with the ball, and we're not getting TOO much in transition.

Doesn't do us out-of-staters (and, I'm guessing, plenty of local fans) much good. So we go from getting to watch it on TV tonight to not even being able to listen to the audio online (unless we're paid members at soonersports).

Yeah, tough luck I guess.

Bennett's looked really strong on the defensive end today. It's nice to see him blocking shots.

We need to figure out how to get better at driving and finishing.

They have outrebounded us and they have been better at making their second chance shots .....or so it seems.

It was a game where if you weren't able to watch then you are to feel blessed.

No such thing as a bad win, so I'll be watching it later, if it aired here and my Tivo captured it successfully.

this was probably the best defensive game for the sooners I have watched. they did lose a lot of second chance balls on the floor that kept the game close.

I listened to the radio broadcast on Soonersports.com as I watched on FSW 753 UVerse in Dallas. It was interesting that the radio broadcast was about 10-13 seconds ahead of the telecast. While you are watching the action on one end of the court, someone is already scoring on the other end. At least, you know what you will be watching.

I don't know that we came out all that fired up to play today. They were 3-7. Yet, with the exception of losing to Iowa State by 30 in Ames, they have been in fairly close games, mostly on the road. They aren't all that bad.

I didn't see much that really was exciting. Everyone did OK. That was about all. Nobody seemed to be making a statement.
