Sam Grooms took as many shots as Romero Osby. That can't happen.

I didn't notice this but you are correct. This should not happen. Grooms should only take wide open shots and if it is early in the clock he should only take it when he likes it. Don't get suckered into taking something deep just because they give it to you when you are not a good shooter.

I really look for Grooms to improve his shooting in the offseason. If he does OU will be a substantially better team.

Maybe if our post players would take their butt and put it in their opponents groin once the shot goes up instead of trying to get rebounds strickly on athleticism then maybe it wouldnt happen every game. Those are fundamental errors in rebounding that comes back to bite them every game.

You can't tell me that Fitz is the one trying to rely on his athleticism. He's the one that blocks out to a fault, because he forgets to actually go for the rebound half of the time. He'd be the one in the second half often found out of bounds or directly under the basket as a result of an offensive foul during a rebound. Clark and Osby are not the ones that I am seeing being fouled on rebounds. It's Fitz. He's just not physical enough to NOT get thrown around like that.
