OU vs. Baylor

Lol anything can happen... I’m hopefully we can keep it under 20 points... I originally thought Sherri should just have the girls double down on Brown and have them beat us from outside, but ESPN recently had a story about how strong Baylor is from the outside and how Brown and Cox are a very good post tandem...
 
UCLA beat them by having Cox miss the game, and Wallace scored 0. In fact, the Baylor guards only scored 13. Oliver did get six off the bench. But, the Bears throw three interior players who combine for 25 boards per game and 47 points: Brown, Cox, and Cohen.

Maybe with OU being forced to use Manning as back up to every position, Sherri will go small and Kim will have to go small to keep up...
 
Leave Penzo on the bench and move Ortiz to the point when Pellington needs a rest.

even though we are only down 3 at half I can just see how this will end. We have played horribly...thankfully so has Baylor with Brown being out with foul trouble. Its very evident the difference in skill set between our girls and their girls. I don't understand why Cole would have Simpson, Penzo and EJ out there when NONE of them have any offensive weapons to contribute. If we had only a couple players, like Dungee and maybe Rich available that can actually shoot jumpers (the only girl on our team that has a consistent available jumper is Ana) we could have added to our scoring, but we have the before-mentioned players and Ortiz, who never comes through during crucial games. I'm just so frustrated that Cole is even content and happy with what our performance has been as she said during her quick halftime interview.

I call it, when Brown comes back in, their offense will get going and then we will be shocked and Cole will have a number of excuses after the game.
 
I know why we have only 8 players. Why does Baylor have only 8 players?
 
We just don’t have the players or the system and coaching to beat Baylor any more. We can’t even keep it close. A 29-7 run.

When does softball start?

With 1 minute to go in the game, up by 25, Skeletor still up and coaching her team. Meanwhile, SC and the rest of her mouth-breather staff sitting like statutes on the bench doing nothing. From about the 6-7 minute mark on to the end I'm not sure any of our coaches had a pulse. Why is this still acceptable?
 
On the bright side, llanusa can play against baylor. Maybe next year she will have some help.
 
OU 22 points in first quarter, 30 points the last 3 quarters. OU 26.8 FG%.
Baylor 47 boards OU 29. Enough said.
 
Disappointing effort. Disappointing thought. We tend to help Baylor.
