Playing well...

More impressed with the def and rebounding effort on both ends. Seem to be crashing the boards more.

Some of that is better shot selection ( mid range and post vs 3’s)

Good subbing rotation IMHO.

I feel bad for Reaves. He’s struggling so much mentally, he’s out of sync in nearly every part of his game. He continues to work hard, so hopefully he will get back on track before long.

I wonder if they had to have special rules for him at the Thanksgiving dinner table. I mean, the food comes around to him and just stops there. He doesn't pass anything. I guess they'd hafta make sure he was the last to eat or make his plate for him.

Yep. We missed our chance to get MSU in trouble with Perry out. Better be prepared for a run to start the second half.

actually I think it IS a good thing. shows they're actually having to bust a$$ to stay with MSU inside on the boards and it isn't just MSU being bad. plus they were doing OK in the halfcourt. still just little 2 man clear-outs but they had grit. I liked it.

Frustrating to only be up 8 at the half with their best player missing the last 13 minutes of the half. Decent half after the slow offensive start but the defense the least 10 minutes wasn't good at all.

Reaves with another off balance 3 at the gun. But he did give good effort in that half.

Trae young haters on here should have a field day with reeves. Takes such bad shots sometimes. Manek and doolittle are the big dogs on this team and reeves needs to realize it. He needs to keep shooting but his iso step back mid range shots are terrible and are actually just turnovers

There's no bad shot for Trae Young, but obviously Reaves is not in the same universe as a player.

well ... like coach says if he (Reaves) ever starts hitting then we're really gonna go to town! Doolittle is playing excellent basketball right now and Manek has nice stretches of consist shooting to go along with much-improved inside play. We just need some better boardin.

If reaves would look at it that way then he would prob be shooting better. As I’ve said he’s a guy that one minute you’re like WTH... then the next like WOW great move.

Announcers even said Kruger said he’s taken some questionable shots. Pushing it too much.

he needs to find his place.
