OU vs Vandy

What the hell are you talking about? I praised the team for playing well and pointed out that the thread was pretty quiet. If that somehow offends you, I don't know what to tell you.

Relax. Just having some fun with you.

It was fun seeing Hannes having fun out there today.

In a postgame interview just now, he said today's alley-oop dunk was his first, even in practice (I assume he meant his first as a Sooner, but I don't know for sure).

The players on the bench went wild after he completed that two handed flush. I love it when they support the back up players like that! Brings a smile to my face too.

I laughed when Toby jokingly said after Hannes' late dunk (which put us ahead by 31 points with 50 seconds left), "Reynolds lobs, Polla slams it! And you can unhook the wagons!"

That was a very nice win today. JB is starting to become my favorite player on this team. His presence is being felt everywhere. I love his defense and how he commands the offense. I think Lon had this planned to start him when he was ready and boy it is paying dividends. Bringing in Calixite to help with that transition was a great move. This team is playing good. I hope they can take that next step to be great and go a long way in the tourney.

Great win today! How on earth did Vandy push Tennessee?

you get in a rivalry game like that and the players tend to know so much more about the team than just a normal or OOC game. plus there's additional emotion.

I actually think he has looked pretty solid on defense today. He hasn't tried to block every shot within 5 feet of the basket....so that is an improvement.

On another note, Bienemy has 7 assists and only 1 turnover.....dude is killin' it.

I agree. McNeace played well defensively. Maybe he's coming around.

I was watching with my parents and brother's family...so no posties for me..
