I think the game tomorrow night will be our most important game of the year. In the last 4 games we are 2 and 2 including a big win over Texas. WVU is a good team. IF we have turned a corner with this team, they need to step up in Morgantown and bring home a win. That would give us momentum going into the Baylor game on Monday and prepare us for the Big 12 tourney. If we could win tomorrow night and beat Baylor, it would help our RPI and not only give us a lot of confidence but, it would also get the attention of the selection committee to enhance our seeding. It's time to come out on fire and kick their butt!

We are not going to beat Baylor, but winning tonight would give us the confidence we need to make a fight of it.

I'm still pissed a game like this isn't on TV dang couch-burning, inbred hillbillies.

You will note the game is going to be streamed free on wvusports.com.

You may be right about that, Ollie. But if, per chance, you're wrong, we'll revisit this post Monday night. :ez-laugh:

Ollie, Ollie, Ollie, WHERE do you think bullying and bigotry originates? Seriously, Dude. NOT all OU games have been televised PLUS they have not been streamed until after the game, and certainly not for free. DON'T you worry, as soon as we start feeling the true depths of the downturn in the oil industry which will not come back as it has in the past, OU won't be streaming games and imagine the quality of our teams and everything related to them will go down..........THEN we can be the stupid, ignorant state of fools who could not PLAN for the future. ( :)just giving you a hard time...kinda)

As for beating Baylor, the odds certainly are not in our favor and I am NOT putting any money on it. However, sometimes we do beat a team that is really better than us, so maybe we will get lucky. I do think Gioya being able to play and being somewhat health will help and I think we need TT for defense, then with VIVI playing so much better; well, it could happen. Of course, we need everyone playing well.

The team that played Texas can beat anyone not named UConn. We must play well (aggressively) against WV. If we do, I think we win.

I like the emergence of Vivi, and I think that will give Lanay some problems.

I like having Gioya, Maddie, and Peyton in the lineup. They bring different things, all of which are valuable in contributing to a win.

Last year, we played WV three times: winning in Norman with Gioya going off for 24, losing in Morgantown with Peyton leading with about 15, and winning easily in the tournament with Peyton at 15 and Maddie playing about like she did against Texas---11 points, 6 rebounds, and a block. Maddie missed the earlier WV game this year with a foot injury. After having a good game in Norman, TT hardly played in the other two WV games last year.

nothing in the post........it would be nice to see treece in with vivi/kk
sit derica

Sooners need to get away from dumb fouls, and start hitting shots. Carter on the bench with 2 fouls and Kaylon not playing well early.

Williams and Carter both two fouls first quarter. The only thing keeping us in the game is the Mountaineers are a turnover machine.

Man, this team is so wildly inconsistent. Thankfully ViVi came in and scored 4 straight and we're only down 3 at the end of the 1st, 13-10.

13-10 Mountaineers at the half. We really are fortunate to only being down 3. Vivi maybe starting to come alive. have only hit one outside shot from Peyton. If we can take care of the ball, we should be okay. WV is throwing the ball away at will.

13-10 at the end of one. Surprising that it is that close the way we have turned the ball over and shot. Vivi was the first to settle down. Kay Kay and Gioya with two fouls each already.

shooting 28 per cent to 53 will not get it done. Turnovers even at 9.
