Yep. I am tired of living by the three and dying by the three.

I don't know that it is that simple. We spend so much time trying to hit the post that we don't set anyone up for any other shot. It is rare to see us pass out to a wide-open three point shooter. We will force the ball up even when covered rather than getting it to an open shooter. The only thing worse than our passes to the post are the passes from the post.

Men's team can't hit a three right now either. They have to work for it rather than having it come in the flow.

In all seriousness, Gioya- has to stay in the game. Maddie has to be healthy. We can lose anybody else (w/ the exception of an odd scenario where we lose both KK and Vivi.) and win. Among other things, I just kNOW we can't shoot like this all year, Right? lol


I thought that was what we would do well this year was shoot the basketball- its been a roller coaster.

I noticed Vivi played 24 minutes and had 0 (zero) rebounds. I honestly don't understand how that can happen.

KK got 3 rebounds but that was in 13 minutes, so in a full 40 minute game it prorates to 9.

This team is all over the place. Now it appears Maddie is banged up AGAIN, Peyton was seen in a boot, Carter isn't 100%.

Next we'll find out that half the team is pregnant and we have to forfeit the last few games.

I mean, really, we are in the Twilight Zone this year.

Actually, you are right, what I should have said was live by the 3 and the post 3 foot shoot, die by the 3 and the posts 3 foot shot. We don't have any mid range shooters, except Gioya and Gabbi.

Vivi was not able to play well against their post. Obviously, they play a different game than the Texas posts. Plus, Vivi just had a bad night.....caught
what the others have. One they couldn't get the ball to her and then she
had her shot blocked once or twice? I would say WV was ready to play our posts. Roberson had great game and Lanay Montgomery played well.

And really, our 3 point shooting was abysmal. Some weren't even close. Gioya did have one go in and come out but that doesn't give us any points.
