I work with a lady that is somewhat in his circle. I'll check with her to see if she can find anything out.

FYI: Her son is on an 8th grade team that just played in an AAU tournament against Perry's team. I know that sounds crazy, but they actually held their own against every team they played, with the exception of Perry's. I think they lost by 60 to him.

Kruger needs to go up to Wichita on his first recruiting trip and persuade Olaseni and Katenda. Both are in that 6'8-6'9 range and are still very open in their recruitment.

In what way? I know it's easy to just blindly throw that out there since Kruger is originally from Kansas and played at KANSAS STATE, but how would that help with Perry at this time? Especially when he probably wasn't recruiting him at UNLV. Not saying it won't just some clarification on it.

It's like saying Self has the inside track on Nino Jackson because he's from Oklahoma and played at OSU. Hell, I would bet Nino has very little knowledge of Self and his Oklahoma roots.

Ok, I do follow that but I guess the obvious question to that would be that if these coaches have such in roads in the state of KS why isn't Perry even listing UNLV at any point so far?
