Pokes vs Horns

He's a freshman, pittman elbowed him in the gut and he reacted, big deal.

I think this is why you are not a coach. I am pretty sure Ford is going to go off on the guy about the absolute stupidity of that play. You want to get back at Pittman, elbow him later in the game. You always get caught retaliating. You need patience and to pick and choose your spots.

And Shaw is now fouled out not even 3 minutes into the second half.

Texas is pulling away and Baylor and A&M is getting tight.

texas is getting all the calls...wow

All right. I'm saying this as an OSU fan to another OSU fan. There's no need to come over and post this kind of stuff. They don't care. You know? This isn't the Big 12 board, it's an OU board. They're not going to agree with you, and it's not the place to be for an OSU-Texas game thread. There's 3 or so other forums for that, where you can make one line posts and stuff.

You already looked pretty foolish when you attempted to 'act' like an OU fan earlier this season with a silly Tommy Mason-Griffin for League MVP thread.

This isn't a frustrating game saying this for me! It's just embarrassing to see posts like this.

+1...from another OSU fan...

So the question now becomes if Kansas does come into GIA and win, does OSU have to beat the Aggies in Collie Station to get into the tournament? Or can they still get in at 8-8 with a win (or two) in the conference tourney?

8-8 with a first round win in the Big XII tournament gets them in with a 10 or a 11, I think. RPI would be in the mid 30's or so, I would imagine. Losing to KU at home and TAMU and UT on the road wouldn't drop them much at all.

If they go 8-8 and lose in the 1st round of the tournament. They might get in as one of the last 12 seeds. But, it'd be dicey.

Outside of KSU would you guys have another true quality win?

I'm not so sure OSU doesn't just go to Collie Station and win so this could all be moot.

Too many bad high major teams for OSU to be out. There will have to be alot of conf tourney upsets.

7 teams from the Big XII will get into the tournament. I think that means OSU is in.

This is probably the case, but with the scenario Ho laid out where OSU goes 8-8 and loses first game in conf tourney OSU may be one of the last 2 or 3 teams in the tournament. OSU is living off of the KSU win. They don't have that win it's all NIT. That said I think OSU knocks off KU this weekend. Sets up perfect for OSU with KSU looming on KU's schedule.
