I honestly didn't know that. I saw a dbase last night that I assumed was the Portal, but I guess it's just somebody's dbase of who is or will be in the Portal.

I think there are recruiting services/sites that list those in the portal that have announced or sources provide.

Garrison already has a no contact tag. He has a destination and there's no reason to expect that to be OU.

There are Kansas rumors for Small already.

I could see KU going hard after garrison but they can do way better than small. If they have to settle for him, that’s good for everyone else.
