Watching the game tonight, outside of Tiny Gallon all other big men Fitz, Ryan, and Orlando played scared. They don't play with the mentality that I am the big man, I am going to get all the rebound. Fitz for example, worried about pushing his man out too much and not even looking to rebound the ball.
Now I see why Capel is concerned about rebounds. Tiny got a lot better at rebound, but he can't do it by himself when we get to the conference play.
It seemed like all the other bigs are concerning a lot about offense. Capel should reward the big man playing time base on the number of rebounds they get period.
