Have any of you noticed from the videos that it looks like Woodard, James, Odomes, Buford and Lattin are together a lot. Once in awhile I'll see Freeman and maybe Mcgusty with same color of jersey too. I don't know just wondering if anyone catches that too!

I have a feeling the five you named will be our starters when the season tips off, with Freeman and McGusty getting quality minutes off of the bench. I also think McNeace and Doolittle will be among the top nine players in our rotation.

Agree! I think Odomes is too big and athletic not to start. Creates some problems and can guard 2-3 positions. I kind of think the only spot up for grabs is Buford/Freeman.

I think Strong will be in the rotation, and play a lot. We need a backup PG. People are overlooking him. His game is similar to Woodard's. He's strong, quick, drives to the hoop aggressively, and has a decent outside shot. He was a second team juco AA as a freshman. He's battle tested and is a very sound player.

I think Freeman and Doolittle will battle it out for a spot in the rotation. I hear Freeman is money on the perimeter but needs a lot of work on his low post game. They have very different strengths.

I agree about Strong, usedtobe1. I think when the dust settles he may be our back up at the point. It's that we know almost nothing about his recovery from his injury or where he is with his summer workouts. If he has returned to the promise he showed his freshman season at Coffeyville CC when he was named MVP of the conference while averaging better than 21 ppg on 47% shooting from the field (42 % from 3-point range), I think the back up spot is his to lose.

I rewatched the video and came to these conclusions.
Strong is going to be a serious upgrade over D Walker on D. Walker did not provide any passing skills, but could shoot the 3 decently. If Strong can pass better than Walker, then He will be an overall upgrade over D Walker.

McNease has put on 5-10lbs of good lean muscle in his shoulders and arms, He still needs to get stronger in his legs, but he is maturing and putting on lean muscle.

Odoms has added some lean muscle to his arms and shoulders.

Freeman and Buford, and Doolittle have not added any bad weight and look quicker, stronger, and leaner.

So you're saying they all look like a new Microsoft OS..powerful, faster and more stable.
