If OU has not offered Morris, what the heck are they waiting for? I don't see how we can go wrong by offering a 6' 8" local kid with potential and improve our chances of signing Stevie Clark at the same time? To me, it's a no-brainer.

I think he is just waiting to make sure he keeps developing, not saying he isnt worthy of an offer. I like morris, at times you have to wait to make sure they keep growing, maturing, putting in the time, etc...
