You realize that they have one of, if not the most, efficient offenses in the country, plus a 6'7", Top 10 pick playing for them, right? And we shot a ton of threes with our FF team and people just complained that we didn't run set plays.

Anyhow, I'm with you on UVA. Love their program and I'll be cashing a 20:1 futures ticket from my early December trip to Vegas.

They have an efficient offense because they have absurdly good guards and they are a great 3 point shooting team. Which is exactly what I was talking about.


I don't care what other people complained about. I'm tuned in enough to know that guards and 3 point shooting are what matters. I cashed a 35:1 Villanova ticket last year, and I'll have money on the teams with the best guards next year.

I thought that was how Lon was wired after his first class was Buddy, Isiah, and Jelon, and he followed that up with Woodard and Booker, but we just didn't recruit enough high school guards after that. So that is 5 high school guards in Lon's first two classes. In the 5 classes since then, we have signed 5. It's not a coincidence that we've been much less successful since then.

Much appreciated. Most nervous I've ever been for a game that didn't involve OU. Teams that I follow never seem to win titles, I guess this is the next best thing. I still wish we would have beat them in the second round lol!
