Remember a month ago when half of this board was calling him a bust, saying his was overhyped? 10 monster dunks and 5 double-doubles later hopefully everybody agrees with you that he's a man.
17 ppg, 8 rpg in his last 5 games. Keep it up Ro!

If our two new wings are worthy of their national 100 ranking we should have that upgrade coming in next season. He is really, really good.
If M'baye is in that category, next years bigs are going to be terrific. Need more shooters, though.
Roe is a joy to watch. Gives it his all every single possession. That one dunk where he spun away from 2 guys on the baseline and slammed it home...on the replay you could clearly see him look back and say some colorful language to some Baylor player. Loved it, he plays with such fire.
If he can add a somewhat consistent mid-range game next season...Look out.

Most of those posts were more as dig toward Capel than directly at Osby and his game IMO. I called him a grown man in a thread few weeks ago and it is still true. He is undoubtedly OU's best player.
If Roe continues to improve and stay healthy through the remainder of this season, and then improves even more next season...does he have a shot at the NBA? Even an outside shot?
He's an athletic, big dude. I'm sure he will try to go pro somewhere, he'll definitely be a 3 at the next level.

Europe- The NBA just dosen't have a position for his size and skill set. Even though his skills are considerable, he needs to be 2" taller or a step quicker.
It might just be me, but I feel like there's been a little bit of an influx of successful undersized big men in the NBA. Dejuan Blair, Taj Gibson, Paul Milsap, etc. Not saying that guarantees Roe a spot anywhere on an NBA roster. If he puts up 15-16 PPG along with 8-9 RPG next season, I gotta think he'll draw the eyes of SOME scouts. Maybe not though. I'm a huge fan of Roe and he certainly appears to have the drive and motivation.
